Extract Mode Preset Temperatures:
• Low - Blue
• Medium - Green
• Medium/High - Purple
• High - White
Higher temperature setting typically mean you'll get more robust vapor production. Lower settings mean more tasty vapor profiles. When using the DIP with either extracts or dry herb, we always recommend you to start with medium or medium-high temperature setting.
CHECK YOUR CHARGE
• When the device is on, you can check your battery life by reading LED on/off button lights
• Battery life lower than 25% - Red
• Battery life higher than 25% - White
• Device needs to be charged - Flashes red 3 times
The on/off button indicator light serves as a window into how your device functions and status.
RED LIGHT FLASH ONE TIME
We have integrated overheat protection onto the coil. When on/off button flash red one time simply means DIP has overheated. Let DIP cool down for a little while and it will resume to normal functionality.
RED LIGHT FLASH THREE TIMES
When on/off button flashes three time red light indicates the battery power is getting low and needs to be charged.
WHITE LIGHT FLASH THREE TIMES
White light flashes three times indicates there is a connection issue between the device and atomizer or the coil has reached the end of its lifespan. We recommend you to firstly remove the atomizer, clean the connection pins with a cotton swab and reattach the atomizer see if it will resume working.
WHITE LIGHT FLASH FIVE TIMES
Don't worry, the white light flashes five times indicates DIP cannot detect the atomizer. It can simply because the atomizer was not tightly screw into the device.

Our DIP requires minimal maintenance and because of the removable atomizer and glass make the device extremely easy to clean.
• Soak your carp cab and glass in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) while cleaning the rest of your DIP
• Use a Q-tip moistened with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to wipe around the chamber and atomizer while it is still warm
• Be sure to clean the contact of the base as well as contacts on the atomizer
• Once your atomizer is clean, make sure it's fully dry before you re-install it

Yes, we can ship to PO box addresses. However, we have experienced lost and stolen packages with PO box addresses, we strongly recommend you to use other delivery address.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?
If a package is not delivered, we highly recommend you to call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel. If your concern is not resolved by post office, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
